Can I switch between plans?
Anytime. Upgrade and your founding discount carries over (you pay the Air price plus 50% of the difference). Downgrade and the new tier kicks in at the next billing cycle. No fees, no negotiations.
What happens to content I've published if I cancel?
Everything Maggie has shipped to your WordPress, LinkedIn, and other channels stays yours — it's published on your domains, not ours. Cancellation just stops new content from being scheduled.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, no credit card to start the onboarding. Card is collected before Maggie begins publishing, so you can see drafts, brand voice, and the publishing calendar before paying.
Is VAT included in the prices shown?
Prices shown are excluding VAT. UK customers will see VAT added at checkout; EU and international customers see their local tax handling via Stripe.
Can I run multiple brands on one plan?
Max and above support multi-brand scheduling. Each brand gets its own voice profile and publishing calendar, and your daily post limit is shared across them — useful if you run an agency or a multi-domain business.
